Infor is looking for an Offices Services Assistant that will be responsible for maintaining daily office operations, supporting facilities management, and ensuring a smooth and professional working environment. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating across teams, including facilities, HR, and senior leadership.

A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:

  • Office and facility support 
    • Switchboard and front desk coverage
    • Partner with the Premise/Facilities team to uphold office standards and respond to maintenance needs
    • Submit and follow up on Premise tickets for repairs and building issues.
    • Maintain office common areas, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Administrative and reception duties
    • Monitor inventory levels of office and breakroom supplies.
    • Restock items such as beverages, paper goods, and pantry staples
    • Switchboard and front desk coverage
    • Partner with the Premise/Facilities team to uphold office standards and respond to maintenance needs.
    • Submit and follow up on Premise tickets for repairs and building issues.
    • Maintain office common areas, equipment, and cleanliness
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in office administration or facilities coordination preferred.
