Position Summary

 Delivery Assurance is a function of the Global Customer Experience Services (CES) PMO. The role is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Delivery Assurance, and the successful candidate will be a member of a global team that works in partnership with the PMO portfolio managers, CES regional and/or industry practices and Infor services partners to provide quality assurance services for in-flight projects.

The incumbent is expected to apply their extensive experience of complex ERP projects, combined with an expert understanding of Infor implementation methodology, to review in-flight projects’ health status and report findings and recommendations to the various project stakeholders -- Infor Partner and/or Infor CES and the customer. The Infor PMO prides itself of maintaining the highest quality standards and the Delivery Assurance Reviews are required to be exemplary of this through their high-quality, action-oriented reporting with deep insights into the status of the reviewed project.

In addition, the Delivery Assurance Director is expected to identify and report on systemic issues or lessons learned from project reviews in specific industries or products, and assist with providing guidance and leadership to the wider Project Manager community.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:


  • Actively participate and/or lead Delivery Assurance Reviews, related report writing and the communication of findings and recommended actions to the Infor customer and project stakeholders
  • May be assigned practices to provide the following: PM mentoring, participation in customer projects, selling the value of project management, trends with action item recommendation and follow up.
  • Provide measurements directly tied to Customer Experience Services improvement in customer service, margin and revenue

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with managing and remediating large, complex high-profile projects and programs to implement business applications in a variety of industries.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and the important role this plays in the successful delivery of technology projects (desirable).
  • Proven skills and experience in both written and verbal communications and in influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders, working within challenging circumstances, and with competing priorities
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring would advantageous
  • 15+ years project management experience
  • 10+ years of interacting with senior level client and internal management
  • Native/Fluent English
  • Past experience in a similar assurance or PMO role, preferably with a Consulting, Professional Services or Systems Integration focused organization (desirable)
  • Extensive knowledge of program and project management methods and approaches e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
  • Knowledge of the ERP marketplace
  • A passion for the Project Management profession

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
  • Experience working in an international/multi-cultural environment
  • Working knowledge of additional main-stream languages
  • Prior experience with implementation projects for Infor products
