In the role of Principal business consultant, you work with customers to implement our CloudSuite processes within Financial Plan to Report, from the sales phase into the delivery phase of the project. While our technology is an enabler for the customer to achieve business benefits, the industry knowledge and experience of our consultants is the key to success. We work in both national and international projects, and you will be working in motivating environments with prestigious companies. 

Infor Consultancy Services (ICS) works with clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. For the implementation of our ERP system M3, Infor seeks to recruit experienced consultants. 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Conduct business process walk through to determine all client process and data needs to address in project scope.
• Design solution to align client business needs with standard CloudSuite application capabilities and processes.
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Build/configure solution based on design, using iterations of prototypes, and testing to validate the solution.
• Act as subject matter expert for applications to support Project Manager, technical resources, and other members of the project team
• Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.

Required skills:

• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years’ project experience on infor M3 or similar ERP Software. 
• Experience of one or more industry segments: Distribution, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing.
• Business process change knowledge within Financial Plan to Report

• Experience of implementing Infor CloudSuite. Other ERP systems are also meritorious e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Jeeves, IFS, Visma or similar systems.
