Product Manager to drive enhancements of our healthcare interoperability product suite but also define new investments. As a Product Manager in Research & Development, you will be responsible for managing our offerings within Healthcare Interoperability. You will act as the voice of the customer with a strong emphasis on being able to define product requirements and manage these throughout the entire product lifecycle. As a strong collaborator and networker, you will work with colleagues and stakeholders across functional groups around the world to ensure successful product launches.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

•    Understand the target users’ needs and business problems.

•    Gather product’s customer/market requirements from all global regions and across different customer segments. Collaborate with product owners/business analysts, peers, partners/suppliers, and other stakeholders to build an idea for a feature or function.

•    Develop requirements around standard practices - Themes, Epics.

•    Act as the representative of the business during development.

•    Lead RCC (release control checklist) process for each release of the product.

•    Responsible for pricing configurations, consultative to Sales, subscription management, and other stakeholders.

•    Communicate and present product knowledge and enablement to internal and external stakeholders, including customers.

•    Manage products through entire lifecycle, including new product launch and products in maintenance mode.

What You Will Need:

•    University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in a field relevant for the area of responsibility.

•    Extremely organized with strong time-management and project management skills.

•    At least three years of experience in similar role(s).

What Will Put You Ahead?

•    3  Years of experience in product management.

•    Domain knowledge and experience related to healthcare software solutions, particularly healthcare interoperability.

•    Ability to adapt and operate in a high-paced tech organization.

•    Ability to develop and implement a product strategy and make dynamic adjustments as landscapes shift.

•    Ability to convincingly communicate product vision, solutions and benefits to customers and stakeholders.

•    Ability to lead by influence within a team environment to achieve objectives.

•    Used to presenting, leading, and inspiring people.

•    Experience from relevant industries, markets and used to interact with customers and partners.

•    Curious about professional trends and new technologies.

•    Experience working as part of a global team.

•    Experience in agile software development is a plus.

•    Experience in working with Cloverleaf, Intersystems, Mirth, Lyniate Rhapsody / CorePoint, Iguana, Redox, or other interoperability solutions a major plus.
