Description & Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing organization in the role of an Operation Analyst. The role of the Operation Analyst is to support Operations directors/Managers and Practice Directors/managers. Usually requires two years of experience in the areas of the Operations team of the software services industry.

• Working knowledge and adherence to and enforcement of Infor Corporate Policies and Procedures, as outlined in the employee handbook
Responsibilities:
- Help project managers to provide updates and reports from various MIS tools
- Effectively communicate deliverables expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with operations stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Interact with customers and provide updates on project status and financials.
Job profile:
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills
- Working experience with USA customers
- Willingness to work with overlap time zones
Education and Experience:
• MBA (Finance) or M.Sc (Computers/Statistics/Maths) or any equal degree
• 2 to 4 years work experience in a services PMO organization • Demonstrated experience working with local, regional and multi country project teams.
