Description & Requirements
The PM is an effective facilitator who delivers high-quality results and brings excellent communication, planning, and organization skills to the team. You will take full control of new client project initiatives and manage both the client relationship and the Infor consulting team, to deliver projects on time and on budget that provide value to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience in ERP solution delivery, is well-versed in PMBOK or an equivalent project methodology and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate, organize and facilitate all project activities
· Foster teamwork and communication between teams and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
· Responsible for project financial performance and reporting project status to internal and external stakeholders
· Develop and maintain project plans inclusive of budgets and resource utilization schedules
· Track and communicate progress, potential issues and roadblocks to all project stakeholders
· Manage risk both for the client and for Infor
· Ensure project success which is measured as on time / on budget / customer satisfaction
· Coordinate with the PMO to ensure that the project follows best Infor’s Deployment Methodology and quality deliverables.
· Identify new business opportunities and takes part in new sales initiatives
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of relevant project management experience
· Advanced knowledge of a structured project management methodology and practices - PMP certification preferred
· Experience in ERP project Management in a vendor environment is preferred
· Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent people skills to manage the Infor Project Team and the customer stakeholders
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities
