A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Manage your project-schedule, -scope and -budget and regularly monitor status and progress
  • Meet and conduct (status)meetings with internal and external customers on a regular basis
  • Setup and maintain internal and external stakeholder management and report as appropriate
  • Manage project risks and apply active issue management as appropriate
  • Demonstrate your accountable leadership and manage escalations accordingly
  • Live our vision of being a recognized innovator and a leader in customer experience
  • Travel to customers in the DACH-region and outside as appropriate
Required skills:
  • Leadership skills; proven ability to own your business
  • Strong analytical skills; understanding of project financials and project KPI’s
  • Organized and structured; master project planning and tracking of progress and take corrective actions as appropriate
  • Factual based decision making
  • Customer centric; focus on successful outcomes and ability to read the customer’s reality
  • Team builder and active stakeholder communication skills
  • Leading of intercultural teams in complex project environments across the entire project lifecycle
  • Proven delivery of a contracted project in time, budget, scope and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years Project Management implementation experience through a methodic approach for any of the following industries Automotive (Supplier), Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, F&B, or Chemicals or a combination
  • Bonus points for having Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Active application of Project Management Tools and in particular MS Project, task-management tools like JIRA/ADO, SharePoint
  • Experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties (e.g. third parties, clients, and off-shore departments) is a bonus
  • Business proficient in both German and English language (both verbal as in writing)
  • Experience in leading virtual teams
