We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who is not only technically proficient but also aligns with our culture of seeking and sharing knowledge, contributing to a greater purpose, and practicing humility and integrity. The role of a Senior Salesforce Developer is to configure and code solutions within Infor’s Salesforce ecosystem.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

Execute the development of Salesforce applications or enhancements that meet provided acceptance criteria.
Develop applications and write code using Visualforce & Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Triggers, test classes, SOQL, Flows and Callouts following SSDLC standards.
Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, and provide tier 3 support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations.
Work in collaboration with stakeholders to collect their requirements and convert them into technical specifications and estimations of effort.
Design solutions from inception to go-live with a rapid go-to-market mentality
Perform data analysis to maintain and govern high quality of data stores
Adhere to code standards in code creation, check in, review and versioning process.
Optimize code base for performance, efficiency, and reuse
Conduct unit testing to ensure quality delivery to the client.
Stay up to date about Salesforce product and development technologies.
Be a trusted technical advisor to the wider technology team, management, and business.
Creation of diagrams and flowcharts for delivered solutions.
Documentation and knowledge sharing between teams, demo unique solutions to other teams.

What You Will Need:

College degree in management information systems, computer science or equivalent work experience. 
Relevant certifications, Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer preferred.
8+ years of development experience
Salesforce Sales cloud development experience using Flows, Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Components, Triggers, test classes, SOQL
Experience with SFDC administrative tasks such as creating Profiles, Roles, setting field level security, etc.
Deep understanding of Salesforce concepts such as use of Campaigns, Lead conversion, Opportunity lifecycle, Account & Contact management
Solid analytical, communication and organizational skills
Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery
Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning
Ability to assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause
Very good English language communication spoken and written

Preferred Skills:

Creating and maintaining external portals using Experience cloud, especially partner portals
Salesforce Einstein AI
Evaluating & implementing App Exchange applications
Providing solution using out-of-the-box options or design patterns that requires minimal customization
Custom Salesforce API integrations
Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Marketing cloud
Knowledge of Force.com, Microsoft, AWS and Service Now cloud platforms.
Experience in other programming languages with preference towards .net, C#, Lambda
Database development and query experience with MSSQL, Postgre, MySQL, Aurora preferred
