The Software Engineer within M3BE Supply Chain Execution Development is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support and enhance the M3 platform. This role focuses on creating efficient code, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing performance to meet the demands of supply chain operations. The Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new features and tools, all while ensuring the platform’s reliability and scalability align with the broader business objectives. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of supply chain systems.

What You Will Need?
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development using Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems, preferably M3 or similar platforms, showcasing an understanding of supply chain processes and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL, with experience in integrating software applications with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies, including version control systems, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
