Title: Senior Solution Architect

Location: Remote, U.S.

           Deep analysis of the industry to determine what are the best solutions and conversations to start talking to customers about their needs and what’s keeping them from growing.

           Closely partner with Product Management, Industry Strategy team, Solution Sales, GPS theaters, Partners, and Applied Innovation team to drive requirements through input on trends, market needs, project requirements and potential complimentary partnerships that will further enhance and differentiate Infor’s preconfigured solutions and provide better time to value.

            Leverage significant industry and domain expertise to drive strategic decision-making in GTM efforts. Understand industry trends and direction relating to the evolving workforce and workplace.

Responsibilities

·       Deep analysis of the industry to determine what are the best solutions and conversations to start talking to customers about their needs and what’s keeping them from growing.

·       Closely partner with Product Management, Industry Strategy team, Solution Sales, GPS theaters, Partners, and Applied Innovation team to drive requirements through input on trends, market needs, project requirements and potential complimentary partnerships that will further enhance and differentiate Infor’s preconfigured solutions and provide better time to value.

·       Leverage significant industry and domain expertise to drive strategic decision-making in GTM efforts. Understand industry trends and direction relating to the evolving workforce and workplace.

·       Design, research, develop, analyze, and suggest new solution concepts as well as strategies. Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.

·       Develop positioning, value proposition, messaging, and unique differentiation at the solution level to provide clear, compelling, and differentiated offerings. Together with the Content team, build the value proposition, messaging and differentiation that address the industry use cases into core content including, integrated campaigns, presentations, and customer case studies.

·       Understands client’s critical business issues and define compelling, value-based solutions using Infor’s software capabilities.

·       Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive products. Provide feedback to sales management and product management on potential new capabilities.

·       Collaborate with the Sales Teams to deliver a high-impact solution presentation to the customer and prospect.

·       Work alongside Value Engineers to help define the value proposition as and when appropriate for the sales opportunity.

·       Understand Infor’s technical architecture and highlight benefits as part of the overall product solution.

Basic Qualifications:

·       Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.

·       A deep understanding of the value of Infor’s Industry cloud solutions while being able to articulate this in sales situations at the highest levels.

·       Proven ability to influence to “C” level executives with deep relationships and experience /network in the space.

·       Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities, deliverables, and results

·       10 years of Automotive/Industrial Manufacturing/Food & Beverage/Distribution Industry experience with expanding area of expertise.

·       5 years’ experience interacting with senior level clients/management, including presentation of complex concepts, negotiating difficult situations, and resolving contentious issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       MBA or advanced degree

·       Minimum of a combination of 10 years’ enterprise software and/or industry experience

·       Ability to establish strong relationships and a willingness to collaborate across teams

·       Excellent time management, communication, presentation, decision-making and organization skills.

·       Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

·       Ability to work independently and from a remote location.

·       5 years of Infor ERP (LN, M3, S3) experience.
