The Business Process Leader (BPL) is responsible for leading and implementing best practice processes and continuous improvement across the Revenue Operations function enhancing the customer journey while seeking mutual benefit and improved satisfaction.  By managing key functional interlocks across the Revenue Operations landscape, the BPL will fulfill the role of change agent identifying and driving operational efficiencies and collaboration.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Evaluating and performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to optimization and efficiency.

Determining and outlining business process improvements.

Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders from the Rev Ops function.

Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation of business process improvement initiatives.

Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.

Communicating with stakeholders about process development and the communication of updates to processes and policies

Enablement of all individuals involved in the management and operation of Rev Ops business processes.

Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.

Documenting, revising, and updating process documentation and policies.


Required skills:

Experience with business management, project management, or techniques and tools for process improvement.

Proficiency in business process mapping.

 Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to influence

Nice to have experience with process improvement methodologies like Total quality management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc…
