Position Summary

Infor is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Enablement to join our Global Marketing organization. This role is critical in supporting marketing transformation and employee engagement and pivotal to the success of the marketing team.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Enablement, this person will manage strategic enablement initiatives across 3 disciplines: Enablement Strategy, Talent Development and Training & Programs for Infor’s marketers and business development representatives.

The ideal candidate is dedicated and passionate about the success of others around them. This person will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the business while developing their professional expertise in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.


  • Assess functions, roles, and competencies to identify gaps, and use conceptual thinking to develop enablement plans, training assets and learning curriculums accordingly
  • Manage onboarding and continued career pathing and development of our marketers and BDRs
  • Manage our Early Talent & Internship program of new talent entering the business
  • Manage enablement communications and program plans
  • Build & execute training for technology stack and ensure successful adoption of tools
  • Effectively communicate enablement initiatives to the organization
  • Develop enablement content and manage best practice syndication through our SharePoint portal
  • Collaborate with teams outside of the marketing organization (e.g., sales, product, HR, etc.) to ensure cross functional alignment
  • Help measure the success of enablement programs through various KPIs, metrics and models such as the Kirkpatrick Model
  • Lead, manage and motivate BDR Enablement Manager and effectively delegate assignments in support of enablement responsibilities

What will you need?

  • 4 years of experience in sales or marketing or enablement related roles
  • Must be curious, and genuinely interested in the success of others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hard working, self-starter with the ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and execute with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and open to change
  • Can travel as needed
  • Resourceful, and have a proven track record of success building and executing enablement programs in B2B organizations

What will put you ahead?

  • Prior enablement and project management experience is a plus
  • Design skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field
