Infor is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Demand Operations organization, specifically supporting the marketing automation platform, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). This role is critical in reaching the marketing pipeline goals set by Infor, aligned to the sales revenue targets. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the ownership and execution of the Pardot Functionality Roadmap. This will include overseeing the management of Prospect Account and Contact Database and be key in collaborating with other marketing operations team members, as well as global and field marketers.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Responsibility for working cross-functionally with sales operations, business development, regional and global marketing teams in creating strategy to execute marketing programs.
- B2B marketing experience using Pardot/Account Engagement Platform.
- Building scalable and sustainable marketing operations processes and programs.
- Defining full scope of requirements needed to deliver end-to-end marketing solutions.
- Developing and Executing Persona Based Nurtures.
- Partnering with Data Analyst to make system changes related to Infor's data strategy.
- Experience in B2B marketing operations.
- Experience practicing marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and campaign measurement.
- Experience managing Marketing Automation Platform, preferably, Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior management.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while working in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, information technology or a related field.
- Pardot Specialist Certification.
- Pardot Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce, DOMO, Demandbase experience preferred.
