The Sr Manager, Support Operations will be responsible for managing the HR Payroll support team. The manager will also be responsible for helping to resolve critical issues with customers and assist with the development, implementation and coordination of customer programs and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness of support operations

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Ensure staffing levels are adequate and staff is trained to maintain documented support standards for the global customer base within budget guidelines.
  • Communicate and enforce support policies and processes with employees, partners, and customers.
  •  Build and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of Infor, partners, and customers.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to address operational and administrative concerns.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a manager leading a global team.
  • Experience resolving customer issues, setting expectations and working on critical business situations.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and troubleshooting with customers.
  • Experience with software, technology or design and implementation of business applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a US HR Payroll software support organization.
  • Healthcare Industry experience.
