The Infor Decision Analytics and Science (IDEAS) team is responsible for setting the AI/ML strategy at Infor. Our industry-specific Augmented Intelligence (AI) solutions suite in Asset, Forecast, Inventory, Customer, Pricing, People, and Operational Intelligence domains provides rapid and measurable value to enterprise customers. To advance the integration of our AI solutions with diverse ERP systems, IDEAS is looking for an Integration Lead to oversee the integration of AI solutions with all Infor CloudSuites. This pivotal role demands both strategic leadership and technical expertise. Your contributions will be instrumental in crafting highly automated, robust, reusable, explainable, user-friendly, and self-serviced algorithmic solutions that can be swiftly deployed and managed at scale.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Manage non-science technical resources for Birst, widgets, workspaces, in-context apps, and Mongoose app.
• Prioritize and assign support tasks based on established processes to address customer needs effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and complex customer support matters.
• Develop and implement upskilling programs and training for team members and across the customer organization.
• Manage and support the implementation of changes and production updates related to integration for customer-facing assets.
• Participate in design discussions for customer widget changes and coordinate with the solution template team.
• Ensure timely updates and approvals for solution templates, managing significant changes and maintaining alignment with project requirements.

What will You Need: 

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala and data-querying skills in SQL and/or PySpark, etc.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience in upskilling and team development.
• Knowledge of deep learning algorithms with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 
• Proven experience in technical integration, project management, and customer support.
• Effective verbal and written communication, and presentation skills to explain difficult technical topics to everyone from scientists to engineers to business partners. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Good English Knowledge.
