Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead who works on ensuring the quality of feature enhancements for Infor HR Talent (https://www.infor.com/en-sg/solutions/people/tm) customers.

The team lead’s position is accountable for testing feature enhancements for the human capital management domain.

Essential Duties:
·Collaborate with other quality analyst and teams to ensure high quality software and timely delivery.
·Perform test strategy reviews and ensure adherence to standard testing practices.
·Maintain and enhance test cases on an ongoing basis.
·Convert data design wikis into test cases
·Test UX based on Landmark framework
·Maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems and procedures

Basic Qualifications: 
•Demonstrated skills in leading teams of quality analysts.
•Strong in team handling and mentoring team members most effective manner.
•Excellent English language and communication skills required (speaking and writing).
•Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, good knowledge in human capital management domain.
•Understand customer’s requirement/ use cases into workable solutions/ approach/ model.
•Strong domain expertise in industry verticals, in particular Healthcare.
•Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into test cases for execution.
•Dedicated, hard worker and team player.
•Driven, effective problem solver.
•Passion for high quality.
•Comfortable working under pressure, to tight timelines, and with several projects underway at once.
•Comfortable working on a global team.
