描述和要求

Provide technical support to customers via the phone and/or web. Perform technical and program analysis, testing and debugging to resolve reported issues. Provide After Hours support coverage for critical incidents to customers in the evening, weekends, and Infor Holidays.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

· Support customers in all ERP system related technical issues.

· Resolve customer reported issues in a timely manner.

· Testing and troubleshooting which may include remote desktop viewing through tools such as Zoom or MS Teams.

· Work directly with internal Support Reps on issues managed by the Systems Team.

· Assist in Whitebox testing of new software versions & report anomalies.

· Participate in training, and knowledge share transfers with team members.

· Responsible for meeting or exceeding established customer satisfaction ratings and other KPIs.

· Foster teamwork and collaboration across all teams.

Required skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science

· Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, devices (printers), & Relational database (preferred SQL server).

· Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.

· Self-motivated with passion for learning.

· Command of the English language to be able to provide oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.

· Ability to work in a team environment, learn, & strive in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Working experience, familiarity, or knowledge of ERP/ CRM Systems

· Experience working in a technical support role, providing online and telephone support
