As the VP FP&A Americas Professional Services you will be the key advisor and business partner to the SVP Americas Professional Services, and a key member of their senior leadership team. Infor Americas Professional Services is a $350M business unit that sits as a key part of our Global Professional Services organization. This is a broad role leading a team of four finance and operations professionals where you will be responsible for providing meaningful analytics and insight surrounding the business. You will drive outcomes through business planning, KPI development, process standardization and automation. This is a senior role for a person who is comfortable working in a matrixed environment drawing support from global shared service functions.
A day in the life typically includes:
- Business partner to the SVP Americas Professional Services and the leadership team covering all financial and operational aspects of the business unit.
- Assist the Americas leadership team with the operational management of the business. This includes planning and forecasting, pipeline analysis, application of internal processes and policies, workforce planning and actions along with coordination of operational metrics reporting.
- Design and review of standard business performance pack, KPIs and reports.
- Work closely with the global finance and operations team to use, and develop, global standardized operational reports, giving more details/context to understand the business performance.
- Preparation of leadership presentations, half and full year business planning, QBRs, forecasting; quarterly and monthly pipeline analysis.
- Support of forecasting and planning at regional/business level, particularly workforce planning.
- Reporting & analysis, and provision of support for region and other business reviews such as P&L, quarterly Goals and initiatives.
- Directly lead a team of four finance and operations professionals, as well as indirectly lead an offshore FP&A team supporting the Americas business and your onshore team.
Basic Qualifications
- Finance background and experience within a Professional Services business.
- Experience of working in a matrix, global environment with multiple customers.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage priorities while meeting deadline.
- Experience driving organization-wide process improvement
- Experience identifying and developing financial business solutions.

- Change management experience
