The Financial Analyst Sr will work within FP&A Sales team to assist and support the International Sales teams to ensure the financial performance goals of each of the Business Units and Company are met.  The position will work to help and support the FP&A Sr Director with the revenue analysis, financial reporting, financial forecasting & planning efforts for each of the Business Unit.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Performing Financial Close activities including:

o   Revenue analysis

o   Direct expense analysis

·       Supporting the financial forecasting and planning

·       Actualizing Financial Partnership

o   Prepare Financial reports with meaningful insights and performs analysis

o   Have an effective Financial Partnership with different stakeholders such as HR team, FP&A lead.

 

What You Will Need:

  • Good knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and have very good attention to details
  • Good communication skills and an ability to build and develop relationships with non-finance colleagues
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work independent as well as working in a team environment.
  • Experience of working in General Ledger or financial analyst roles for over 7 years
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and adherence to tight reporting timelines
