We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our growing cross-functional development group of Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and QA Analysts for our product, Infor Workforce Management (WFM). Serving a global portfolio of Fortune 500 clients, Infor WFM is a powerful robust multi-tiered solution for aligning long-term workforce planning with short-term forecasting and scheduling to optimize budgets, control payroll costs, maintain customer service levels, and comply with labor rules and regulations. It also includes features that address every aspect of effective workforce management today - including planning, scheduling, time and attendance, and absence management.

Title: Software Engineer, Associate

Experience: 0-1 Year

Location: Hyderabad

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, IT, or any relevant engineering field.

Scope of work:

·             Participate in Java enterprise application development with opportunities to work on the Spring framework, RESTful API design and development, Microservices, and other Java Enterprise APIs.

·             Participate in building scalable, robust, and efficient product features on Cloud.

·             Exposure to front-end technologies, including JavaScript, Angular, and jQuery.

·             Work with databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and MS SQL Server.

·             Build robust enterprise applications with Application servers such as Oracle WebLogic and WildFly.

·             Utilize development tools like Ant, Maven, SonarQube, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Skills Required:

·             Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.

·             Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

·             Self-motivated with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

·             Quick learner with the ability to grasp concepts and provide innovative solutions.

·             Proficiency in any object-oriented programming language like Java will be preferred.
