We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Demo Content Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on the production of high-quality, engaging digital content to support the presales and marketing teams in showcasing Infor’s ERP and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, software demonstrations, and creating digital experiences that resonate with prospective clients. Our perfect candidate will bring a passion for telling compelling industry stories around innovation technologies through the lens of customer outcomes and the economic benefit of digital transformation. If you love creating and editing video content this may be the perfect role for you. 

What You Will Need?
Experience:
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience e.g. marketing, software presales, consulting, video editing, digital content creation, or similar roles.
• Experience in selling Software solutions would be highly desirable. 

Skills:
• Strong business acumen and understanding of specific industry verticals and related business processes.
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of screen recording software and best practices for software demos.
• Proficiency in video production tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Davincii Resolve or equivalent.

Attributes:
• A passion for digital content creation.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Enjoys presenting to camera

A Day in the Life Typically includes:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality digital demonstration materials, including video walkthroughs, screen recordings of software workflows, and engaging multimedia presentations.
• Video Production: Record, edit, and enhance video content to highlight Infor’s solutions and their value to prospective clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Consultants and Sales teams to understand solution capabilities and develop content tailored to client needs.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital content adheres to Infor’s brand guidelines and maintains a professional, polished appearance.
• Tool Utilization: Leverage video editing tools, screen recording software, and audio-visual equipment to create impactful demonstration content.
• Content Library Management: Organize and maintain a repository of reusable demo assets for the presales and marketing teams.
• The Digital Demo Content Specialist role will provide candidates with a high-visibility career path into presales as well as other areas of the company such as sales and consulting.
