Infor’s Vice President, International Ecosystem has responsibility for the transformational design and execution of Infor’s partner ecosystem strategy, including recruitment, development and management of Infor’s Influence partners, Sell with/through partners, as well as Build-with Partners across EMEA & APAC. This critical leadership role will execute on the parallel objectives of ensuring positive customer outcomes through successful partner-led services engagements and delivering ACV growth through partners. This key leader will report directly to the global SVP of Ecosystem and Business Development, with matrixed responsibility to Infor’s international sales and services leadership.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
- Drive Infor ACV growth through Partner influence, sourcing, co-selling & reselling.
- Drive positive Customer sentiment and successful adoption of Infor technologies by increasing Infor expertise in the market by identifying, recruiting, and enabling new Partners while developing current Partners.
- Build, develop & motivate global team of partner alliance managers and partner business development managers to establish and activate mutually beneficial relationships, and build associated joint business plans with Infor’s strategic and high potential emerging partners
- Establish and lead the execution of mutually agreed upon strategic growth plans between Infor’s partners and sales organizations, including driving a formal operating model that supports joint business planning, integrated demand planning, mutual account planning, quarterly business reviews, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Ecosystem leadership experience.
- Experience building and leading teams in the enterprise software space.
- Experience sharing communication including executive level presentation.
- Experience working in a quota-driven role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in software sales and/or channel sales.
