Popis pozice a požadavky

 As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key player in driving the success of the Cloverleaf Integration Suite by working closely with stakeholders to define and refine business processes, create robust documentation, and implement effective solutions. This role demands a high level of expertise in business analysis, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement within the Cloverleaf Integration Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the analysis of business processes and requirements to develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business problems and recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with Cloverleaf Integration Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
