Dev Business Analyst, Senior

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Dev Business Analyst, Senior with eight or more years of experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions and XML-based message broker systems or applications.

You will be part of our M3 Integration team, which is primarily responsible for delivering cloud-based integration components for Infor solutions. We work in close collaboration with Infor teams located in both the Philippines and Sweden.

Working in this position includes:

• Design and deliver advanced solutions for new functionalities, optimizing and enhancing complex business processes with business messages and integration.
• Lead initiatives throughout the full system development life cycle, from concept to execution, with a focus on analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Serve as a functional expert, providing in-depth guidance to colleagues on M3 integration and its strategic applications for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems, especially in Infor M3, is an advantage
• Experience in integration and XML based message broker system/application or related field
• Knowledge in integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, EDI)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills
• Creative and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on designing detailed, effective solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
• Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks
