As an Infor Managed Services Consultant, you will provide break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts on our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide solutions to our customers, to enhance their business processes.
You will be responsible for ensuring world-class managed services support for worldwide customers, closely cooperate with different internal teams from Infor Global Support, Technical and Functional Support as well as Development Team and Project Managers.
A Day in Life Typically Includes:
· Add value to customer projects by using the know-how about Infor solutions and implementations derived from practical experiences.
· Participate in full life cycle clients facing implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and go live processes relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor project team.
· Act as an advisor to Infor customers regarding best practices and how to configure their Infor solution for making their processes and way of working more efficient.
· Design and configure efficient client business solutions.
· Develop and execute test plans.
· Perform testing of software configurations and customer solutions
· Provide training to client’s key and end users.
· Achieving engagement objectives:
· Provide regular internal project reports when required.
· Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.
· Take responsibility for personal development.
Basic Qualifications:
· Experience in one or more industry segments such as Distribution, Equipment, Food and Beverage, and Fashion.
· Experience in Infor LN Logistics, Supply Chain ERP or any other Enterprise ERP.
· Business process knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing.
· Previous work experience with Infor ERP LN or other enterprise ERP in a client facing role, with end-to-end cloud implementation.
· Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
· Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
· Strong oral and written communication effectively articulates complex ideas.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated.
· Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity of the industrial domains like Equipment (Service, Rental and Maintenance)
· French Language is preferred
