The Infor Decision Analytics and Science (IDEAS) team is responsible for setting the AI/ML strategy at Infor. Our industry-specific Augmented Intelligence (AI) solutions suite in Asset, Forecast, Inventory, Customer, Pricing, People, and Operational Intelligence domains provides rapid and measurable value to enterprise customers. In pursuit of advancing our AI solutions, IDEAS is seeking a Solution Architect to integrate AI solutions with all Infor CloudSuites. This pivotal role demands both strategic leadership and technical expertise. Your contributions will be instrumental in crafting highly automated, robust, reusable, explainable, user-friendly, and self-serviced algorithmic solutions that can be swiftly deployed and managed at scale.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Design, develop, and maintain reference architectures for AI solutions.
• Build and leverage Infor OS expertise to integrate AI solutions with Infor CloudSuites.
• Design, optimize, and implement data models and semantic business layers for AI solutions to reflect business objects, requirements, and constraints.
• Create and maintain high-level and detailed technical designs, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in enterprise architecture with focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in integration techniques and tools, especially for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware for connecting diverse systems.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, data models, data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bonus points for Infor OS, TOGAF or AWS certified Solution Architect certifications.
• Experience in system design, batch, and real-time architectures, model management, and MLOps.
• Knowledge of Infor’s integration tools (e.g., Infor ION, Infor OS) and experience building robust, secure integrations.
• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuites across different industry segments.
