Beschreibung & Anforderungen

On the software side, the Business Systems Analyst, Senior will work extensively with T-SQL, Analysis Services, Infor’s CPM product and MS Windows platforms.  They will also participate in migration projects as we transition to the next generation Infor or 3rd party products.  They will provide support for our large, mature product that delivers financial reporting and analysis for Infor’s operational reporting performance.   Moreover, they will provide the technical support for Budgeting, Forecasting and Cash flow modules.

On the finance side, we need someone with basic accounting knowledge, with the ability to read and understand P&L statements, Balance sheets and Cash flow statements.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:  
  • Much of the role will involve supporting internal customers.  As such skills in Excel, Access and T-SQL will be an asset.  Additionally, a customer service attitude is essential.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  This role will report directly to the VP of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.  They will manage our existing business analysts with the opportunity to grow the team in the future.
  • We believe in a truly flexible workplace.  This role can be 100% remote.  At times, it may make sense to travel to one of our hubs across the United States to collaborate in-person, if we believe it will drive an improved outcome.
 
Basic Qualifications 
  • Experience using Microsoft T-SQL
  • Leadership/Management experience
  • Excel Experience (formatting, aggregation functions, charting and visualization, finance formulas, pivot tables, v lookups, etc)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Data analysis experience
  • Experience in a role with a customer service focus
  • Communication and presentation experience with both internal and external audiences

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Accounting and finance knowledge
