Role Overview: As the International Sales Desk Manager, you will oversee a talented team responsible for supporting the Global Professional Services organization in back-office activities and managing transactional Services Work Orders up to 20K. Your primary focus will be on expanding the team's role to include more direct customer interactions and executing proactive sales campaigns. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that align with our evolving sales objectives and foster a culture of innovation and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute the International Sales Desk strategy focused on enhancing customer engagement and outbound outreach.
- Communicate strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market transformation goals.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, creating actionable plans to engage customers and capture market potential.
- Lead the team in executing sales initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Enhanced Customer Interaction:
- Transition the Sales Desk team towards increased direct customer interactions, supporting them in developing strong customer relationships.
- Implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and personalized outreach.
Pipeline and Demand Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline to align with sales targets and performance goals, emphasizing outbound campaigns and proactive customer engagement.
- Collaborate on demand generation activities and oversee pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Drive the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue conversion.
Team Management and Development:
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Support the team in adapting to new responsibilities that focus on customer interaction and outbound activities.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving business needs.
