Beschreibung & Anforderungen

As an Associate Business Analyst in our Technology Solutions team, you will analyze, articulate, and refine business requirements that influence our core technological frameworks. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our technology aligns seamlessly with business needs, facilitating the development of high-performance business applications. 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 
  • Convert business needs into detailed technical requirements that direct the enhancement of our core framework. 
  • Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and fidelity of business requirements. 
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to support the understanding and use of the framework by developers and other stakeholders. 
  • Serve as a developer advocate, promoting best practices and effective use of the framework within the developer community. 
  • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones. 
  • Participate in testing to validate that technical solutions meet business needs. 
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, or alternatives that aim to improve processes across organizational systems. 

Job Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, newly graduated or with up to 2 years of relevant experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex information and present it clearly and simply. 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. 
  • Understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and basic project management principles. 
  • Proven ability to create detailed documentation and advocate for developer needs.
