Beschreibung & Anforderungen

The Support Manager will lead the team of Support Analyst supporting Supply Chain and Mobile Supply Chain and will manage the 24x7 operations. As a leader, he or she will provide guidance and leadership to the team, will work with internal and external customers. Will address any administrative and operational issues.

Essential Duties: 
  • Ensure staffing levels are adequate to maintain documented support standards for the global customer base within budget  guidelines
  • Assist with the development, implementation and coordination of customer programs and standard operating procedures to  drive efficiency and effectiveness of support operations 
  • Communicate and enforce support policies and processes with employees, partners, and customers 
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of Infor, partners, and customers
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to address operational and administrative concerns.

Basic Qualification:
  • Proven organizational leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle customers dealing with critical business situations
  • 10 years of Support Manager Experience 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain domain and Mobile Supply Chain
  • Technical understanding of Mobile Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous project management/software implementation knowledge 
  • Understanding of Java language
  • Support management certification
  • Infor Software product knowledge
