Description & Requirements

The Software Engineer will be involved in product development deliveries and support activities, including new features, debugging, and both mobile and web development. The role consists of 80% programming/coding and 20% functional tasks.

What You Will Need?  
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
  • Experience in web and mobile development.
  • Experience in fullstack development
  • 3 years of experience in Java development
  • Strong programming/coding skills
  • Comfortable using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.
  • Proficient in ReactJS, with demonstrable experience in developing web applications using this framework.
  • Experienced using either React, NodeJS, JavaScript, jQuery for UI/UX mobile application development
  • Knowledgeable in working with databases, particularly SQL Server, including database design, querying, and optimization.
  • Ability to develop and interpret technical plans/designs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-reliant attitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to report onsite 3x per week in BGC, Taguig

What Will Keep You Ahead?  
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or familiarity with AWS or cloud computing principles and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with ERP Systems
  • Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) 


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 
  • Participate in product development, support, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to understand and translate business requirements into software solutions, design system functionality and develop code to implement software features, deliver high-quality software features within specified timelines.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Engineers to conduct unit testing and ensure software quality, engage in code reviews to maintain code quality standards, and continuously participate in improvement processes to enhance software development practices and efficiency.
