Description & Requirements

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden for our Early Talent Program that starts in September. 
This role is pivotal in driving the integration of various solutions and applications into our ERP system. Collaborating with global teams, you will help optimize our business processes and ensure seamless functionality across our platforms.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to integrate various applications and solutions into the ERP system.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of integration strategies to enhance business operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERP integrations.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and workflows.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new integrations and updates.
  • Participate in training and support for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality of new systems.

What You Will Need
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
  • Keen interest in technology and its application in business efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to contribute and the ability to plan and execute work independently as well as in teams.
  • Knowledge in agile development.
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of integration principles.
