Description & Requirements

Aligned to the Americas Sales Organization, the Business Architect is an expert in presenting the comparative advantage of Infor enterprise discrete manufacturing industry cloud solutions, including Infor OS (Operating Service) capabilities and Value with the executive and leadership audience. The role is essential in progressing key metrics of cloud license bookings growth and win rates in the discrete manufacturing business.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Focuses on carrying forward the Infor Micro-vertical sales plays goals and related content across the sales ecosystem.
  • Deepens industry sales/presales MEDDPICC execution and value selling by applying the Infor Value Framework and Value mapping in sales opportunities.
  • Leads knowledge transfer with Sales.
  • Enable the Infor Value Framework assets, process, artifacts and creates scalable self-service tools resulting in integrated value cases post enablement
  • Provides business value case creation and GTM planning and delivery with executive and leadership audiences.
  • Responsible for preparing, presenting, narrating the quantified value and business benefits of Infor enterprise discrete manufacturing industry cloud solutions during customer-facing events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a pre-sales position i.e. Solution Architect, Value Engineering, and/or Solution Consulting within an ERP cloud solution provider.
  • Experience in a post-sales position i.e. Implementation Manager, oversite role, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, conference room pilot oversite, implementation project management, within an ERP cloud solution provider.
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Technical Architect.
  • MBA.
  • Infor LN experience.

Location:  USA Remote (Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX)
