Description & Requirements

This role is responsible for generating leads for our field sales teams. Along with building new business for Infor. The BDR, Associate also has the opportunity to nurture our existing customer base to drive additional revenue, as well as getting additional insights into our sales cycle, forecasting tools, and sales methodologies.

As a BDR, Associate you will generate qualified leads for our sales organization through social selling, e-mailing, and calling prospects and customers. This role will consistently deliver our value proposition while gaining sales experience in a fun and collaborative environment. This role uses cutting edge marketing automation tools to prospect and nurture sales leads.


A Day In The Life Includes: 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify target accounts and key decision-makers using various research tools.
  • Net new business opportunity and pipeline generation through multi-channel prospecting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly goals established for sales accepted opportunities and pipeline value.
  • Be part of the evolution of our global organization from day 1 and learn to navigate.
  • Prospecting into the NOLA territory (Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, among others).


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Business Development/Inside Sales in a B2B environment.
  • Outbound skills, contacting potential customers.
  • PC experience including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting tools.
  • Full proficiency in English.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Phone-based sales experience.
  • Experience with prospecting methodologies.



Location: Montes Urales Norte 505, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, 11000 Ciudad de México. Hybrid role (2 days per week in the office).
