Description & Requirements

You will provide Deal Desk support for the Global Deal Desk organization . Managing the contract process for license and SaaS sales. Work closely with Sales to understand their desired outcome. Timely and quality delivery of the drafted contracts, system updates and processing of contracts.

  • Experience with technology companies in similar roles.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment and accurately execute multiple tasks.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes
  • Execute deal desk functions including, but not limited to: data entry, contract research, creation/validation of price quotes, account registration validation, coordinating signature and deal processing, triaging with an understanding of order-to-bill process
  • Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, and other operations teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently
  • Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements
  • Work extended hours for quarter-end closings
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the manager based on business needs and Corporate requirements.
