Description & Requirements

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify process improvements, while also translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of Manufacturing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Elicitation: Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Analyse business requirements to identify process improvements and make recommendations for solution design.
  3. Requirements Documentation: Document business and functional requirements in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  4. Requirements Management: Manage the requirements backlog, ensuring that all requirements are prioritized, tracked, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure that their requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
  6. User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and testable user stories in Gherkin format that can be used to guide the development of software solutions.
  7. Requirements Workshops: Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are well understood and accurately captured.
  8. Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure that the solution design meets business requirements.
  9. Testing: Support the testing team by providing detailed functional and business requirements, ensuring that all requirements are adequately tested before deployment.
  10. Business Process Reengineering: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the reengineering of business processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree, MBA or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on ERP Manufacturing.
  3. Strong knowledge of ERP Manufacturing processes and systems.
  4. Experience writing user stories and requirements documentation in Gherkin format.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
  9. Functional Design and experience of working with Agile methodologies (product development)
  10. Worked on at least one complete end to end implementation project in ERP.
  11. Nice to have: M3, LN, Syteline or any ERP products knowledge.

12. Excellent knowledge in Purchases, Finance and Manufacturing Modules, Sales and distribution.

13. Excellent knowledge of Administration, Master data, Sales Opportunity, Sales A/R, Inventory, Purchase

14. Mapping Business Requirements Control undertaking Quick Gap Analysis.

15. Should have basic technical knowledge on the SQL, API’s and Middle Ware to transfer messages.

16. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
