The Developer Relations Engineer plays a strategic role in accelerating our transition to advanced API and platform-level developer engagement. This position directly contributes to enterprise adoption and revenue growth by empowering developers with practical tools and guidance. Through the creation of working code samples, implementation guides, and technical demos, the role enhances developer success and showcases the full capabilities of our platform. It is essential for serving a more technical developer audience and increasing the impact of our developer-centric resources.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes

Develop working code samples and integration examples that illustrate API usage patterns.
Create demos and prototypes that showcase the platform's full potential.
Test and validate API functionality to ensure reliability and identify integration challenges.
Provide technical support to developers using Infor APIs, including troubleshooting and guidance.
Write tutorials and implementation guides for real-world development scenarios.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand API capabilities and translate them into practical examples.
Contribute to the developer portal content through technical validation and testing.

Basic Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular.
Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and web services integration.
Experience building web applications using modern development tools.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with additional frameworks such as Node.js, Python (Flask/Django), or .NET.
Bonus points for experience in API integration and SDK development.
Comfort with GenAI tools for rapid prototyping and development workflows.
Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment technologies.
