Join us as a Development Business Analyst, working with M3 accounting, controlling and corporate management modules, where you will be a part of creating innovative solutions that digitalize and optimize business processes for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

As a Development Business Analyst working with M3, you will:

  • Design and deliver advanced solutions for new functionalities, optimizing and enhancing complex business processes within the accounting or controlling domain.
  • Lead initiatives throughout the full system development life cycle, from concept to execution, with a focus on analysis, testing, and documentation.
  • Serve as a functional expert, providing in-depth guidance to colleagues on M3 applications and its strategic applications for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

What We Value:

  • A strong passion for both software development and ensuring customer success.
  • Experience from a similar type of role with competence in accounting, controlling, economics, or a related field.
  • A degree in business economics, engineering, systems science, or accounting is highly desirable.
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on designing detailed, effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially M3, is an advantage.
