Description & Requirements
The Industry & Solution Strategy Director (Healthcare) will focus on fostering improved relationships with multiple clinical software (Electronic Medical Records-EMR, Electronic Healthcare Records-HER, Point of Use-POU) providers in Infor’s healthcare ecosystem. You will be responsible for working with and collaborating with the Strategy Directors to support current and new partnerships and integration use cases between business systems and clinical systems and other new Infor technology. Support Infor’s growth, industry partnerships and collaborations and positively influence competitiveness in the healthcare industry (key metrics: win rates, bookings, customer satisfaction, strategic technology partnerships, analyst reviews).
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- This is an individual contributor role which will support the overall mission of healthcare, clinical interoperability, and be a voice for our customers within Infor.
- Work with product management to develop and communicate a vision for the clinical ecosystem in healthcare and maintain long-term product strategy that compliments all areas of the ERP and overall healthcare strategy. Support the prioritization of product development efforts to align the operational business needs with the clinical system needs.
- Build relationships with current customers to ensure their success and curate product-specific customer evidence, ensuring Infor has current, relevant, and impactful content that is utilized across the business.
- Establish, cultivate, maintain relationships partners and analysts to communicate our healthcare vision, strategy, and solutions (part of holistic Infor healthcare messaging).
- Functional/operational subject matter expertise for healthcare. Acts as a vertical champion internally, and as an external spokesperson, supporting marketing and communications needs of the business, increasing customer consideration and confidence. Provide tactical support to strategic/high priority/high potential customer opportunities, as identified by sales leadership.
- Facilitate Product Advisory Council focused on clinical integration. Council will be made up of Infor customers focused on growing the Cloverleaf (Clinical Bridge managed service) capability and integrations.
- Leverage Infor alliances to identify, develop, and execute initiatives to increase our reach, frequency, and yield through joint marketing, GTM, and selling activities. Where appropriate, expand efforts to include other ecosystem partners.
- Support sales by participating in strategic pursuits, influencing demo execution, developing enablement materials, and staying abreast of competitive intelligence.
- Be the voice of Infor Healthcare at industry conferences.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working directly within the healthcare industry with a focus on healthcare business operations, shared services, and interoperability.
- Experience working cross functionally and influencing at various levels and departments, including but not limited to, product management, development, marketing, sales, in a hospital or health system setting.
- Experience with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systems.
- Experience implementing EHR systems.
- Experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining software/data integrations across the healthcare enterprise.
- Public speaking experience.
- Travel 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations and interoperability.
- Experience implementing EPIC EHR.
- Healthcare Business or IT degree.
