Description & Requirements

We are looking for a senior Product Manager to join our Infor Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Product Management team. As an EPM Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in bringing our FP&A solution to the U.S. market for new and existing customers. You will help with the customer adoption on all phases, starting with assistance during the EPM introduction to new customers, switching to collaboration with implementation teams, and finally working with colleagues from the Infor Customer Success Management team to ensure the best possible customer satisfaction.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

You will be helping to roll out industry-specific EPM FP&A solutions by working with a cross-product team of product managers, consulting services, industry experts, business analysts and developers. You will be able to influence our roadmap, monitor ongoing development, and work on new adoption plans. In addition:

  • Work with new and existing customers to drive adoption of Infor EPM for U.S. region and international business.
  • Collaborate with teams for reference management and customer success to increase the number of references for EPM in the region.
  • Engage with existing and new Infor partners to educate and support them on their EPM implementation journeys.
  • Communicate with business analysts and product owners to share your experience and make scoping decisions based on product priority.
  • Participate in product development sprints to monitor status and manage product roadmap.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience in software product management, solution consulting or implementation consulting.
  • Experience in making product prioritization decisions.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with an ability to translate and communicate highly technical topics to the language of business value for key stakeholders and end users.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams to collaborate with sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
  • Functional experience in financial planning, budgeting, XP&A and/or forecasting.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Product Management roles, ideally in B2B SaaS product companies.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Performance Management solutions (Infor EPM, Board, Anaplan, Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion, etc.).
  • Experience with one of the following industries: Distribution, Manufacturing or Services.
  • Technical experience with OLAP multidimensional technology
  • Eastern to Central U.S. candidates preferred.
  • Remote position with the ability to travel up to 25%.
