Description & Requirements

This position is part of the European Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team located in Wroclaw. The analyst will be mainly supporting the Infor Consulting Services (ICS) Business Unit, gathering, analyzing and providing periodic and ad-hoc financial data, reports and financial models. The position will perform detailed analyses of financial results and trends and will support the financial management and reporting for ICS delivery organization.
The position reports to the FP&A Manager based in France.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for all financial reporting and performance analyses for assigned Business Unit
o Track and analyze revenue and cost data
o Managing the month end financial reconciliation process and explanation of variances against expectations for the supported Business Unit
o Provide High quality, timely and accurate analysis for the supported Business unit by month/quarter/year monitoring performance against key business KPIs.
o Review all revenue in GL for Supported Business Unit monthly in accordance with what has been signed and recognized using the Revenue Recognition guidelines.
o Support reporting on various P&L line items and accuracy of underlying data such as headcount
o Ensure accuracy and proper allocation of cost to the appropriate cost centers
· Work closely with the senior analyst supporting the Business Unit.
· Work closely with other departments (ie. Operations, Delivery) to ensure accuracy P&L data
· Conduct research and prepare detailed findings report as required
· Support the annual budget and business planning process ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines
· Ad-hoc projects and reporting

Key Requirements/Experience
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Intermediate financial systems and use of MS Office applications (particularly Excel)
· Strong team player and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
· Autonomy and proactiveness.
· Financial accounting
· Experience in international and service business
· University degree in Finance or Accounting
· 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting and systems
· Fluent English and preferred German language skills
