Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking an Application Consultant with experience in hotel and/or casino hotel operations and group sales/event management. Consultants are tasked with configuring, training, and implementing our property management system. This role is part of our North America services team, which assists Infor in expanding its products within the hospitality industry while delivering exceptional service.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor Hospitality software applications, including Sales & Catering software
  • Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation
  • Provide on-site transitional support for software installation go-live
  • Provide timely communication of project status to the customer and Infor
  • Adhere to the project schedule, including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation
  • Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification

Basic Qualifications:

  • Hotel/casino experience, including front desk, operations, night audit, etc.
  • Bilingual in English/French at professional/business level
  • Experience in hotel/casino operations with exposure to housekeeping, accounting, sales, catering and/or revenue management
  • Experience with PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Experience as a face-to-face trainer in small groups
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time – must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
  • Must be able to travel without restrictions throughout North America

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or business
  • Experience with training documentation



 Remote (Dallas, TX; St. Paul, MN; and Alpharetta, GA)
