As an Infor Managed Services Consultant, you will provide break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide solutions to our customers, to enhance their business processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring world-class managed services support for worldwide customers, closely cooperate with different internal teams from Infor Global Support, Technical and Functional Support as well as Development Team and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Add value to customer projects by using the know-how about Infor solutions and implementations derived from practical experiences.
  • Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and go live processes relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor project team.
  • Act as an advisor to Infor customers regarding best practices and how to configure their Infor solution for making their processes and way of working more efficient.
  • Design and configure efficient client business solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans.
  • Perform testing of software configurations and customer solutions
  • Provide training to client’s key and end users.
  • Achieving engagement objectives:
  • Provide regular internal project reports when required.
  • Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.
  • Take responsibility for personal development.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in one or more industry segments such as Distribution, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aero space & Defense, Commercial Marine.
  • Experience in at least two or more of the modules below :
General Ledger
Accounts payable
account receivable
cash management 
fixed assets
  •  Business process knowledge in Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Sales Management, Manufacturing and Planning or equivalent processes. is preferrable  and Project Industry exposure is an added advantage.
  •   8-12 years of work experience with Infor ERP LN or other enterprise ERP in a client facing role through various projects
  • Reliability and deadline-driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills & time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated.
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relations.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in any one of the industrial domains like,  Sales, Purchase, Service, Freight, Manufacturing, Inventory management is an added advantage.
  • Focus on Financial domain, experience and knowledge of at least two of the below modules is a MUST :
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts payable
  • account receivable
  • cash management 
  • fixed assets
  • French Language is preferred
