Description & Requirements

Summary:

An LN Application consultant is responsible for the Enhancement and maintenance of LN applications. This role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the LN applications meet the business requirements and are optimized for performance and usability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of Production Issues and support continuous Operations and delivery pipeline.
  • Proactiveness in responding to customer query and regular updates on Incidents.
  • Analysis of Extension Source Code and development tasks relative to platforms support and service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately, with both internal and external teams as needed.
  • Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service.
  • Actively participate in meetings and co-ordination with other teams.
  • Available for Support 24*7 in case of production down issues.
  • Willing to extend and support over weekends & holidays to ensure that customer business is not impacted.
  • Drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via Digital Innovation.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in LN Development, scripting and code debugging
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the Information Technology field.
  • Openness to learning LN CorePlus & Addon applications as required by your daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools, ION, BODs
  • Experience with generating and analysis of Trace Files, CGP’s, Parallel Processing.
  • Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting.
  • Bonus points for experience in added applications like Factory Track, Supplier Exchange, Automotive exchange

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about coding and building software to automate actions.
  • Ability to learn and explore Cloud technologies quickly. Eager to both learn and mentor.
  • Experience with LN Studio, DAL2, Infor Reporting tool.
  • Expertise in writing Extensions, Code Debugging & Simulation of issues.
  • Advanced job-related certifications or technical certifications.
  • Experience from both developer and Customer Support positions.
  • Being a Team player
