Our Infor Managed Services consultants provides break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.

Infor Managed Services (IMS) team in Manila is looking for Consultants with in-depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental (ESM&R), Supply Chain Management. If hired, you will be responsible for ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
 
As an Infor Managed Services consultant for Infor ERP Products, the candidate will be required to perform the following:
 
Develop strong technical consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
 
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting technical programming specifications as required. Perform activities such as, but not limited to, 
Investigation and troubleshooting incidents/problems within SLA, development of fixes and changes on applications
System Maintenance and RIM (Release Impact Management)



Required skills:

  • Must have atleast 4-5 years of experience in Consulting atleast 3 of which are involving support/implementation of Infor Products or Similar ERPs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Information Technology, Computer Science or Programming related courses
  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
  • Java, Javascript, Angular JS, SQL, EDI, XML, XSLT, Python


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Must be fluent and proficient in the use of the English Language
  • Client Support and/or Incident Handling
  • Knowledge and Exposure to ERP - Implementation/Support
  • Integration/Mapping (OpenText, Biztalk, etc.)
  • Report Generation (Business Intelligence)
  • SQL Knowledge
