Description & Requirements
s an Infor Managed Services Consultant, you will be responsible for providing break-fix support for customizations, conducting systems analysis, and delivering high-quality client support to Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. You will act as a subject matter expert on the Infor product suite, leveraging industry knowledge to deliver efficient solutions that enhance our customers' business processes.
You will ensure world-class managed services support for global clients while collaborating closely with various internal teams, including Infor Global Support, Technical and Functional Support, Development Teams, and Project Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strong functional consulting expertise with Infor applications and related third-party technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications, and consulting/training engagements.
Analyze and interpret client requirements, and create detailed functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as necessary.
Evaluate customers' business requirements and objectives; design and implement business processes to meet these needs.
Model future-state business processes within the Infor application and document and communicate the planned system usage effectively.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of ERP Cloud experience, with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills — able to explain complex concepts and technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Flexibility to work in US and EMEA shifts.
Solid business process knowledge in the following areas: Procurement, Warehousing, Sales, Inventory Planning, Inventory Costing, and preferably Manufacturing.
Industry expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Distribution, Food and Beverage, Equipment, Fashion, or Chemical.
Fluency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Infor M3 is highly desirable.
