Description & Requirements

Infor is looking for a leader to manage a team of  inside sales reps with varying levels of experience.  The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in complex sales environments and strategic sales cycles.  Engenders accountability, candor in communication, forecasting experience, ability to shepherd sales late in the cycle to close, ambitious, and coachable.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Best-practice use of tech tool to remotely engage prospects, cultivate leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Manage reps assigned to grow customer share and pipeline within assigned territories.
  • Consistent application of Infor Sales Methodology to qualify and progress sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain executive business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and updates.
  • Responsible for establishing team KPI to ensure successful attainment of team objectives for customer engagement, pipeline generation and sales.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working in software or technology-based industry.
  • Prior presentation experience to customers.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent sales cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior SaaS or Cloud sales experience.
  • Prior ERP experience.
  • Familiarity in enterprise software sales.

Job Location:  US Remote (Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN)
