Description & Requirements

Experienced Event professional that will plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of regional and industry marketing events, including Infor-hosted, third-party, and virtual events. They will provide strategic guidance to Field Marketing and internal stakeholders in the region to optimize event investments, experiences and results. Primary objective is to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and increase customer engagement and loyalty through events.

Essential Duties:
  • Ensure each event aligns with Infor’s event framework and brand guidelines. 
  • Partner and lead cross-functional teams to facilitate event deliverables and integrate pre- during and post-event activities, closely and proactively manage event timeline and milestones via regular updates and meetings. 
  • Collect and document feedback for continuous learning and improved outcomes. 
  • Support key internal meetings as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in event planning, management, or related roles
  • Experience in planning trade show booth exhibits and displays, managing venues, and contracting for events at hotels or convention centers
  • Experience with event management platforms such as Cvent, ON24, and/or ClickUp is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
