Description & Requirements

Our Hospitality Software Consulting organization is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join this growing practice. The Associate Project Manager will coordinate projects for Infor Hospitality products including administrative forecasting, billing, team utilization, and system implementations and certifications. The role serves as the liaison between the company and the client to ensure all targets and requirements are met for each project schedule.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Coordinate and monitor billable projects from initiation through delivery
  • Understand and monitor all aspects of the company’s contracts/agreements with the client including terms, conditions, and all components of the client’s selected solution
  • Create and maintain overall Project Plan to include all aspects of the project from contract signature through installation and the sign-off at project completion
  • Conduct regular forums for project updates to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget
  • Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hotel industry
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing & invoicing, or accounting
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel operations, business, or accounting
  • Experience with hotel reservation software
  • Management experience in hotel operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (specifically pivot tables and lookups)
  • Project Management certification

Remote (Dallas, TX; St. Paul, MN; and Alpharetta, GA)
