Description & Requirements

The Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate, will perform and/or support testing tasks to ensure that developed products meet design specifications. He or she will communicate with product developers and technical support specialists regarding product issues.

 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Execute high-quality standards in writing and executing test cases for assigned Jira tickets, enhancement projects, and QA testing activities.
  • Attend Jira ticket syncs with developers to understand changes.
  • Review QA documentation and automation scripts.
  • Submit QA reports.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
  • QA experience during internship.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and passionate about quality and product excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Java, SQL, and Linux scripting.
  • Background in cloud services
  • Background in ERP systems, or at least experience with Supply Chain and Financial processes.
  • Automation skills, particularly with Selenium or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools.
